During July-August,2013, Company orgnazie all the staffs to participated in product knowledge training course in the technology department. Host training courses is engineer, working in the cable industry for more than twenty years, has abundant products, theoretical knowledge and practical experience of solving scheme
Through this training, Our staffs has a betterunderstanding in the differenence in optical fiber, cable products of different structure characteristics ,operating skills and pay more attenetion to the quality of products a. At the same time, All staffs has more profound understanding in optical fiber,cable products structure, performance, better guide customers, resolve customer problems, improve the overall the service level of the company's sales team!
